LIVE CRAWFISH

We fish and catch live crawfish daily to insure we are providing our customers with the freshest crawfish possible. We begin harvesting crawfish from our fields in January and continue to fish until June.

CRAWFISH TAIL MEAT

We boil, peel, clean, and package freshly caught crawfish daily during the months of February through June. The crawfish tail meat is packaged in 16 ounce bags and 12 ounce bags and frozen immediately.

WHOLE BOILED CRAWFISH

We boil, season with our own seasoning blend, freeze, and package freshly caught crawfish in 3 pound bags. These can be taken out of the freezer at any time and steamed or boiled to heat them. Our goal is for you to be able to enjoy your favorite boiled crawfish year round!
